Service Agreement
These terms govern your use of GHSTWRK services and website
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions
Services include strategic futures, immersive archives, brand ritual design, and Web3 patrimony
All work is conducted under these terms unless superseded by a signed project agreement
Project Scope & Deliverables
Project scope will be clearly defined in individual project agreements
Deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be specified for each engagement
Changes to project scope require written agreement and may affect pricing
GHSTWRK retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
Typical structure: 50% deposit upon project commencement, 50% upon completion
Late payments may incur fees and project delays
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Intellectual Property
Client retains ownership of their proprietary information and existing IP
GHSTWRK retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and general approaches
Custom deliverables become client property upon full payment
Both parties respect third-party intellectual property rights
Confidentiality
GHSTWRK maintains strict confidentiality of client information
Non-disclosure agreements available for sensitive projects
Cultural heritage projects receive special confidentiality considerations
Client information is not shared without explicit consent
Limitations & Liability
Services are provided 'as-is' with professional care and expertise
GHSTWRK liability is limited to the value of services provided
Force majeure events may affect project timelines without penalty
Client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback
Dispute Resolution
We believe in resolving conflicts through dialogue and mutual understanding. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication and mediation when appropriate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GHSTWRK is incorporated. For cultural heritage projects, we respect relevant cultural protocols and indigenous rights.
